Ultrasound Service.
Beehive Solutions have established an NHS-Referral Ultrasound service, to reduce the pressures of routine ultrasound examinations on local NHS hospitals, and provide a more convenient, community-based, Ultrasound service for the patients referred by the GP's of the South-West Essex region.
Using state-of-the-art diagnostic ultrasound equipment; our expert Sonographers provide a fast and accurate ultrasound examination, allowing results to be returned to the referring GP as rapidly as possible.
All Ultrasound scans performed within Beehive Solutions' South West Essex Community Ultrasound Service are undertaken by fully qualified, highly experienced, Sonographers; with Consultant grade support; and all work is underwritten by our own Clinical Indemnity Insurance.
Beehive Solutions, under whom the South West Essex Community Ultrasound Service is performed, is registered with the Care Quality Commission and our CQC approved protocols and procedures ensure all patients receive the best possible quality of care. The work of the Beehive Solutions Ultrasound Service work is supported by Consultant Clinical opinion, on hand to provide medical advice and additional expert opinion when required.
Ultrasound examination results from the Beehive Solutions' South West Essex Community Ultrasound Service are available immediately following the scan, and are sent back to the referring GP on the same day.
